I offer project management as an extension to architectural co-ordination as an additional service or as a separate independent service.

Taking a project through its life cycle of five basic stages being Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Close out focussing on the nine knowledge areas as prescribed by PMI being Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, Communications, Human resources, Procurement and Integration management.
